Biography
Graveside service for Patsy Ann “Nana” McCuiston, 63, Geronimo, will be 10:00 am Monday at Sunset Memorial Gardens with John Cullison, Pastor, First Baptist Church, Geronimo and Tony Elkins, Pastor, Abundant Life Church, Geronimo, officiating.
Mrs. McCuiston died on Thursday at a local hospital.
Burial will be under the direction of the Becker Funeral Home & Cremation Service. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 4-5 pm at the funeral home.
Patsy was born on June 20, 1948 in Altus, Oklahoma to J.W. and Faye Lucille (Spence) Sweetin. She married F. V. McCuiston on October 3, 1964 in Geronimo. She was a person with a gentle spirit, who was loving and giving to everyone. She never had anything bad to say about anyone. Patsy will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Geronimo.
She is survived by her husband of the home, a son, Dusty McCuiston, Geronimo; a grandson, Codey McCuiston, Big Spring, Texas; a granddaughter, Kory Ann McCuiston, Geronimo; her mother, Faye Lucille Dobbs, Geronimo; a brother and his wife, Lonnie and Pam Sweetin, Rockwall, Texas; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father; a son, Sandy Allen McCuiston and a brother, Dereal “Dewey” Sweetin.
