Max McQuiston, 1935-2010
Max McQuiston, 74, Kingsville, Texas, died Tuesday, Dec. 21, 2010 in Corpus Christi, Texas.
He was born in Fredonia on Dec. 26, 1935 to Carl and Alice Chapman McQuiston.He was a U.S. Navy retiree and also retired from U.S. Government Civil Service.
He is survived by his wife, Fran, Kingsville, Texas; son, Kurt McQuiston(Leslie), Sunapee, N.H.; daughter, Paige Jordan (Michael), Fort Worth, Texas; astepson, Tony Mesa, Little Rock, Ark.; sister Betty Greve (Mel), Coalinga,Calif.; brother, John Martin, Hanford, Calif.; grandsons, Augie and MaxMcQuiston, Sunapee, N.H.; aunt, Verta Chandler, Yates Center, aunt Gena VeraNiblack, Santa Barbara, Calif.; plus cousins and many friends.
He has been cremated and a Memorial service will be held sometime this springat the Lynn Creek Cemetery in Berryton, Kan
