Hi Gloria,Sorry to have missed this years reunion. Wasn’t meant to be. We had to cancel our conflict so didn’t get to do anything. Walt had emergency surgery. He is doing well. Here’s to next year in Missouri.
I am looking at the family of Mjr Henry Whitnel LILE and Lydia Comer. They were married in Ray County MO and you have the marriage certif. I believe they had 8 children and have been going through the children to see if I can add anything.I looked at your data base and I actually have some information to add to yours. You do a great job researching so let me know if you disagree.
I have James P Lile b 2 Oct 1845 in Ray County, MO d 1904 in Daviess County, MO buried in Lile Cemetery. He married Mary Jane “Mollie” Cook on 7 Mar 1883 in Daviess County She was b May 1850 MO and died Apr 1918 in Devon Bourbon County KS (at her daughters)There were two daughters but I don’t know their given names only Mrs Walter Devore and Mrs Lawrence Perry (maybe Manda May)
I also have death dates for the other siblings William PARKER Lile b 28 Feb 1833 Ray Co d 11 June 1911 Union Twnsp, Daviess County MOJessie E Lile b 28 Sep 1849 in Ray Co d 15 Jan 1913 in Oliver, Taney County, MO
I have copied Ted Yulich as this was his family also.He gave me the 5 generation photo that I gave you many years ago. Hope he is well and still in KC MO.
Would love your expertise on verifying this information.Kind Regards,Joan
