      Helen E. Lute
      Helen E. Lute, age 87 years, of Wonewoc, passed away on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at Milestone Senior Living in Hillsboro, Wisconsin.
      She was born on May 4, 1930 to Nelus and Lillian (Rittenhouse) Dalenberg in La Porte, Indiana.  She grew to adulthood in Rolling Prairie, Indiana and graduated from high school and later graduated with a Nursing Degree from the Evangelical Deaconess Hospital in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  She worked as a Nurse in both care facilities and as a private duty nurse.
      Helen was united in marriage to Paul D. Lute on January 22, 1955 in La Porte.  They moved to the Reedsburg area in 1977, where they also farmed and were very active in raising many foster children, including when they moved to Wonewoc.  She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Wonewoc.
      Survivors include her loving husband of 63 years, Paul Lute; children, Mark (Lori) Lute, Larry Lute and David Lute, all of Wonewoc; three Grandchildren; five Great-Grandchildren; brother, Roy (Ruth) Dalenberg of Addison, Illinois and special nieces and nephew, Angela, Chris and Tony.
      She was preceded in death by her Parents; son, Thomas Kimmel and two sisters, Gladys Lewis and Marcia Dalenberg.
      Memorial Funeral Services will be held on Monday, February 19, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the United Methodist Church in Wonewoc, with Pastor Wesley Jacob officiating.  Interment will be in the Pine Eden Cemetery in Wonewoc.  Friends may call at the Church on Monday from 1 to 2 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Sauk County ARC.

      David P. Lute
      David P. Lute, age 59 years, of Hillsboro and formerly of Wonewoc, Wisconsin, passed away on Thursday, May 14, 2020 at Milestone Senior Living in Hillsboro.
      He was born on December 9, 1960 to Paul and Helen (Dalenberg) Lute in Plymouth, Indiana.
      Survivors include his father, Paul Lute of Hillsboro and brothers, Mark (Lori) Lute of Wonewoc and Larry Lute of Hillsboro.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Helen Lute and brother, Thomas Kimmel.
      Interment will be in the Pine Eden Cemetery in Wonewoc.
