Bertha Ellen Mabry McChristian Birth: Feb. 24, 1912 Death: Apr. 4, 2007 Mrs. Bertha, known as "Doodie", was born in Beedeville, the daughter of the late Andrew Lawrence and Sarah Virginia (Holbrook) Mabry. She was married to Mr. James Melvin "Mac" McChristian, who preceded her in death in 1998. She was a long time member of the Beedeville Church of Christ and a homemaker. Survivors include one sister: Myrtle Pegg of McCrory; one daughter-in-law: Ellen McChristian; three granddaughters; eight great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and one son: Billy Mac McChristian. The family has requested memorials be sent to the Paragould Children's Home, P.O.
