      Bertha Lee McCuistian, 71, of Springdale, Arkansas, died October 4, 2015 at Mercy Hospital in Rogers, Arkansas. She was born October 30, 1943 at Alabam, Arkansas, the daughter of William Stephen and Victoria Myrtle Alta Dennis McCuistian. She was a Baptist and was preceded in death by two brothers, Donald Eugene McChristian and Leo McCustian and by one sister, Margie Small.
      There are no immediate survivors.
      Graveside services will be held at 10:00 A. M. Wednesday, October 14, at the Alabam Cemetery with The Reverend Gary Faulkner officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home www.brashearsfuneralhome.net of Huntsville, Arkansas.
