      Fannie E. Sumner, 89, of New Concord died at 7:25 a.m. Saturday at Henry County Healthcare Center in Paris, Tenn.

      The Calloway County native was a retired waitress and was of the Church of Christ faith.

      Surviving are two daughters, Martha L. Darby of Redfield, Ark., and Ada Geurin of New Concord; one son, Mason McCuiston of Murray; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

      She was preceded in death by twin daughters, Joy Faye McCuiston and Julia Kay McCuiston; two sons, Joe Donald McCuiston and Mac Arthur McCuiston; two sisters; and three brothers. Her parents were Jim and Ada Lawson Stubblefield.

      Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today at New Concord Cemetery. John Dale will officiate.

      There will be no visitation.

      Blalock-Coleman & York Funeral Home of Murray is handling arrangements.
