  	Mackey Bethel Rodgers Mackey Bethel Rodgers, 70, of Byhalia, died Feb. 2, 2011, at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, Tenn. He was a retired salesman with Parts Inc., an MA Booster Club member, an avid Ole Miss fan, loyal supporter of Marshall Academy athletics, a farmer, cattleman and enjoyed attending grandchildren’s activities. Services were held at 12 noon on Feb. 5 at Emory Methodist Church. Burial was in the church cemetery. Bro. Leon Burton and Bro. Bob McCustion officiated. Holly Springs Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. He leaves his wife, Betty Rodgers; two sons, Steve Rodgers (Lisa) of Byhalia, Gary Rodgers (Shannon) of Middleton, Tenn.; a daughter, Susan Rodgers of Byhalia; a sister, Nancy Boren of Texas; and four grandchildren, Whitt Rodgers, Mallory Rodgers, Bailey Rodgers, Ava Rodgers. Memorials may be made to Marshall Academy, Holly Springs.
