Memorial services for Lorna L. Edeburn, 77, Sidney, are at 2 p.m., Monday, April 13, 2015, at the Fulkerson Memorial Chapel with Pastor Vicki Waddington, Lonsdale United Methodist Church, Sidney, officiating.
Cremation has taken place under the direction of the Fulkerson Funeral Home of Sidney.

Lorna was born on July 15, 1937, in Valley County to Clarence and Methel (McQuinstin) Keller. She joined brothers, Laramie, Dean, Steve and Olen. They grew up in the rural area around Richey and south of Poplar. In 1951, they moved to Sidney where Lorna attended schools in Sidney, graduating from Sidney High School in 1958.
Lorna was united in marriage to Donald “Don” Edeburn on Nov. 21, 1959, in Sidney. They made their home in Killeen, Texas, while her husband, Don, was in the U.S. Army. While living in Killeen, they had a daughter, Candy.
After Don’s honorable discharge they moved back to eastern Montana, where they lived and worked in several different towns. In 1971, they moved to Sidney and have lived here for the last 43 years.
Lorna worked at the Snowflake Bakery and as a maid at several different motels. Her and her daughter, Candy, cleaned houses together. Lorna worked hard to pay off her debts and bills. She enjoyed sitting at her window and watching the birds and squirrels playing on her special tree in the early morning. Lorna found peace and comfort drinking coffee while sitting on Candy and Jeff’s deck in the early morning watching the neighbor’s farm or listening to the birds. Candy was her world. Also, Lorna had a friend and protector in Sadie, who was her very best four legged companion. In the young days she enjoyed riding her horse till injury changed that.
After Lorna retired, she enjoyed going to McDonalds to have coffee and visit with whoever was there and watch people. She also liked going to Pizza Hut as well as a couple other places. Lorna enjoyed the old western music and watching western movies. She also enjoyed having holiday meals with family and friends at her house. She opened her house to whoever needed it.
Lorna enjoyed having her “tea” day with her longtime friend, Rachel Bloesser. She loved a good laugh and even when she had a tough life she still held on to her sense of humor. Lorna was a little stubborn and she also was very spunky.
Lorna died on Friday evening, April 3, 2015, in Warm Springs.
Lorna is survived by: her brother, Olen (Donna) Keller, Libby; sister-in-law, Darlene Keller Pease, Lambert; son-in-law, Jeff Stambough, Sidney; longtime friend, Rachel Bloesser, Sidney; numerous nieces and nephews including her niece-in-law, Anita Keller.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, her husband, Don, in 2001, her daughter Candy in 2010, brothers Laramie Keller, Dean Keller, and Steve Keller, and her nephew Carl Keller.
