      Former Henry Countian Noel Wilbur McCuiston, 93, of Hansen, Ky., died Wednesday,. March 12, 2003, at Regional Medical Center in Madisonville, Ky. His funeral will be at I p.m. Friday at Ridgeway Funeral Home. John W. Dale and William Edwin Bucy will officiate. Burial will be in Hilicrest Cemetery. Grandsons and grandsons-in-law will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. today and after 10 a.m. Friday.

      Bom March 25, 1909, in New Concord, he was the son of Jim C. and Mary Elizabeth Lax McCuiston, both deceased. He was married on Dec. 18, 1932, to the former Ruth Wilson McClure, who died Jan. 21, 2000.

      McCuiston was a former self-employed carpenter and farmer. He was a member of East Wood Church of Christ and the Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners.

      He leaves one son: Don (Patricia) McCuiston of Hanson- two daughters: Freeda (Wally) Johnson of Ferguson, Ky., and Norma Williams of Montgomery, Ala. Nine grandchildren: Douglas and Bill Williams, Denise Baker, Deanna Tuten, Donna Holmes, Jason Johnson, Beth Matthews, Stacey McCuiston and Sherry Logan; and 17 great-grandchildren.

      He also was preceded in death by a daughter: Janet Conley; two sisters: Rosalie Farris and Opal Miles; and six brothers: Leon, Wayne, Beckham, Wheeler, Trevor and Wilson McCuiston.
