  	Patrick "Pat" Michael McQuiston Patrick Michael McQuiston November 16, 1947 – April 3, 2022 Beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and brother passed away unexpectedly, on April 3, 2022. Pat was born in Saginaw, Michigan on November 16, 1947. He married the love of his life, Karen Fischer, on July 15, 1967, and they stood by each other’s side for the next 54 years. Pat served in the US Air Force from 1967-1972. He was employed at Saginaw Steering Gear/Delphi for 35 years. Pat enjoyed being outdoors, spending time with family, fishing, and hunting. He is survived by his wife, Karen; son, Brian (Daisy) McQuiston, Daughter, Shannon (Kevin) Irish; grandchildren, Chase (Hailey) McQuiston, Hunter (Kaitlin) Irish, Caitlin McQuiston, and great-grandchild, Soren McQuiston, brothers, Jim (Dianne) McQuiston, Randy (Diana) McQuiston. Pat was preceded in death by his father James McQuiston, mother, Dora (Newcomb) Moore, his dad Richard Moore, brother, Lester McQuiston, and stepbrother, Tom Moore. Cremation has taken place and no services will be held at this time. McQuiston McQUISTON, Lester, J., of Birch Run, age 67, died Saturday, January 30, 2010 at his residence. Lester was born in Saginaw, Michigan on September 11, 1942. He married Jackie Watt on April 16, 1966. She preceded him in death on February 7, 2002. Lester served in the U.S. Air Force from 1961 to 1965. He was employed with Saginaw Steering Gear for 33 years, retiring in 2002. Lester enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and his best friend, Sarge. He is survived by: daughter, Patti (Richard) Sietmann; sons, Michael McQuiston, Darcy McQuiston (Julie Carson), Kris (Lisa) McQuiston all of Birch Run; grandchildren, Derek, Raegan, Greysen, Legend; mother, Dora Moore of Saginaw; brothers, Pat (Karen) McQuiston of Saginaw, Jim (Dianne) McQuiston of Hemlock, Randy (Diana) McQuiston of Whittemore; step-brother, Tom Moore; dog and best friend, Sarge. Lester is also preceded in death by his father, James McQuiston and his dad, Richard Moore. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, February 5, 2010 at the O'Guinn Family Funeral Home in Birch Run, Rev. Fred Smith officiating. Cremation to follow.
