She was born December 16, 1908 at Wesley, the daughter of James Monroe and Effie Mae West McChristian. She was a member of the Church of Christ. Survivors include her husband, Earl Evans of the home; one son, Dallas Falkner of Ozark, Arkansas; two daughters, Mrs. Virgie Mae Pursell of Orlando, Florida and Mrs. Alice Rogers of Bruceville, Texas; one brother, Wayne McChristian of Santa Clara, California; four sisters, Mrs. Shirley McCoy and Mrs. Roie McCoy , both of Wesley, Mrs. Juanita Burnett of Wichita, Kansas, and Mrs. Pauline Taylor of Fayetteville; and seven grandchildren. Funeral services were Monday, December 24, in the chapel of Brashears Funeral Home with Gus Munden, minister, officiating. Interment was in the Huntsville Cemetery under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home. Pallbearers were Sanford McCoy, Charles McCoy, Arvis McCoy, Glyndon Moppin, Ralph Wolford and Junior Vaughan.    Family links:   Parents:   J.
